 В пятницу у моей подруги Дебби был инсульт.  К счастью всё обошлось, её вовремя привезли в госпиталь, так что всё будет хорошо, её уже даже успели выписать.  Но с пятницы по воскресенье ей пришлось лежать на спине и не вставать даже в туалет.  А в воскресенье ей наконец разрешили подняться с кровати.  Как вы думаете, что она сделала в первую очередь?  Она побрила ноги.  Как я её понимаю.....

On Friday my good friend Debbie had a stroke.  Luckily it was relatively mild and they got her to the hospital on time, so all will be well, they even released her yesterday.  But from the time she got to the hospital on Friday until Sunday she was on completel bed rest, couldn't even get up to use the bathroom.  Then on Sunday they finally let her get out of bed.  What did you think she did first? She shaved her legs.  And I can relate to that.....
